High Amp Alternators Limited Warranty
Ohio Generator High-Amp alternators, when properly installed, are warranted by Ohio Generator against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units only and does not cover labor or any other expenses.
This warranty extends to the application under the alternators rated output and does not apply to deliberate abuse, broken housing, or overloading the rated output.
Improper installation, careless handling, tampering or dismantling of units make warranty null and void.
Defective items must be returned to Ohio Generator freight prepaid for inspection and warranty consideration within 1 year after sale to the original purchaser. All items being returned for warranty must have the amount of additional electrical load added to the vehicle and an explanation of malfunction attached to them. There are no refunds on used units. All units being returned for refund must be accompanied with the original receipt and will be charged a 10% handling fee.
This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities, and Ohio Generator neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it and other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise.
